With 40 different boards of directors under his belt, 9 of them as Chair of public companies, David is one of the most experienced Canadian directors and educators. He helped create the Canadian Directors' Education Program with the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and Rotman, and will share his unique perspective on directorship with attendees.

The event will take place at Cambridge Golf & Country, providing the perfect setting for networking and learning from one of Canada's most renowned corporate governance experts.
